    As a lifelong Traeger user, I was initially skeptical about making the switch to ASMOKE. However, after using the ASMOKE Portable Pellet Grill, I've found it to be a game-changer. The temperature control is excellent, thanks to the dual sensors and new PID algorithm, which ensures accuracy within 5°F. This is far superior to the Traeger grills I've used in the past. Also, the portability of the ASMOKE grill allows me to enjoy perfectly cooked meals whether I'm in my backyard or on a camping trip. Plus, the added bonus of being able to adjust temperature and monitor food remotely via the app is fantastic.     Thanks for a new treat idea, I am going to make them for my friends on July 4th. For some reason I don’t like hot cream cheese and meat so I’m going to use cheesy polenta instead. A tried, tested and approved thing I have done with bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers.

    It looks a bit dry to me. Maybe lower the temp to a very low heat for longer and moisture form time to time with apple vinagre.

    Man there is not enuff good things i can say about this recipe. Im really new to offsets but i gave it a whirl. I did have it at 260 for the first whike but then it got windy and i got into trouble so most of the cook was at 200-210. Didnt seem to affect things tho and boy was this the juicyest thing ever. Will definitely be making this again
